What a last week we had in Buffalo! Ranan was playing wit Taya and tried to pick her up by her arms. He pulled her elbow tendon over the bone (Nurse Maids Elbow). My sad little Taya. I knew something was wrong after about 5 minutes of crying and not letting her arm down. I actually kept my cool (had to be strong bc Drew wasn't there) and off to the doctor we went. They tried popping it back into place, but it didn't work until the second attempt. Boy did she wail. The second it was back into place, she could move it like nothing ever happened. Bizarre. Super happy that is all it was. Who wants a broken bone a week before they move?
We had a few different goodbyes in Buffalo. We had a few last playdates, and eating out with friends. The final goodbyes were at Jada's baptism however. My kids were LOVED at TOPS, a grocery store in Buffalo. They had this wonderful play place to keep the kids busy while Mommies shop. Miss Emily adored my children. She had a big gift basket prepared for them on their last trip to the store. It was so sweet. We really miss the playplace and Miss Emily.
