The BIG TEXAN restaurant- Home of the 72 oz steak.
Here is the 72 oz. steak....4.5 lbs of meat...the challenge- Eat it, salad, roll, potato, 3 shrimp within 1 hour..and get it FREE! It was fun to watch people try, and needless to say FAIL- by barfing it up. Its $72 if you fail.

The kids all all loaded up.We headed out Sunday afternoon from my house in Snowflake. We drove that evening to Albuqurque, NM and stayed in a Sheraton Hotel there. The next morning we loaded back up and traveled to Amarillo, TX. For dinner we HAD to eat at the BIG TEXAN. Its a well known steak house featured on the FOOD Network and they have a 72 oz steak challenge. It was so yummy!
